On 23rd of January, 2017, FFWPU Uganda conducted its first activity in 2017 coordinated by Charles Kahondah in Kapuwai Sub county in Pallisa district in the Eastern part of the country with 46 people in attendance.
The event started by Charles Kahondah who introduced the family federation and the vision of its founder. He then introduced his team that included among others Irene Ndibalekera,assistant Secretary in charge of finance in Family Federation, Ssuuna James, the youth leader and Maureen and Julius Tumwesigye the vice national leader couple.
Rev. Julius Tumwesigye gave presentation on the principle of creation, the fall of man and its consequences to families, purpose of the messiah and introduction to the blessing.
At the end of the program, Rev Julius and his wife blessed four previously married couples. And we had three youth signed the youth associate membership forms and promised to participate in the forthcoming True Parents matching and Blessing.
One pastor of a Pentecostal church expressed gratitude to this new education on change of blood lineage. Other participants were also excited about the guidance on a true family values and marriage rededication ceremony.
FFWPU Uganda plans to return to Pallisa after 40 days to conduct more education and bless more couples.
